About The Caribbean
The Caribbean is a complex composed of upscale condominium towers that were originally built in 1941 and designed by the famed architect, L. Murray Dixon. In 2008, the building went through a renovation. The Caribbean now has 2 towers: North Tower has 35 floors and South Tower has 19 floors and combine for 103 units. The interiors were designed by Christopher Ciccone.
The Caribbean resides in the Historic District of Miami that lies between South Beach and the Fontainebleau. This is a local popular neighborhood that has many restaurant and shopping options. You will also be within minutes of visiting other beaches, parks, dining and stores.
